in regard to the readjustment of the

salary scales of the Senior Clerical

and Accounting Staff and to inform you

that I approve the regulations regarding

quarters recommended in the report of

the Anomalies Committee so far as these

are applicable to officers of the

Senior Clerical and Accounting Staff

on the new scales.
